The home at 2640 Grove View Lane, Winter Garden, sold Aug. 5, for $765,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,738 square feet of living area. Days on market: 67. The sellers were represented by Jeff Petch, Gecko Realty Inc.
