Parents: If you’re in need of a night alone, Gymnastics USA has you covered.

The gym’s Valentine’s Day Parent’s Night Out takes place from 6:30 to 11 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, at the gym, 13175 W. Colonial Drive, Winter Garden.

These events allow parents to have some “me time" while the children have a blast at Gymnastics USA. Enjoy dinner and a movie while the children enjoy pizza and cartwheels. Throughout the night, children spend time socializing and practicing gymnastics in a fun, safe and controlled environment.

Although Parents Night Out events are largely “free-play” style events, coaches are there to ensure safety and fun, as well as organize group games and activities.

Spots are limited, so sign up in advance.

Cost is $34 for members and $40 for non-members. Siblings are $24.
