The home at 15851 Turkey Island Circle, Winter Garden, sold Feb. 12, for $2,700,000. Built in 2017, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 5,602 square feet of living area. Days on market: 20. The sellers were represented by Dawn Pickard, The Corey Smith Group LLC.
