A town of Windermere home topped all Windermere-area residential real-estate transactions from April 27 to May 3.

The home at 1020 Oakdale St., Windermere, sold April 29, for $2,171,470. Built in 2025, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 3,994 square feet of living area. Days on market: 107. The sellers were represented by Chris Christensen, Compass Florida LLC.

The home at 8447 Woburn Court, Windermere, sold May 1, for $1,310,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,945 square feet of living area. Days on market: Four.

THE LAKES
The home at 1625 Down Lake Drive, Windermere, sold May 1, for $1,318,000. Built in 1984, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths and 3,383 square feet of living area. Days on market: 24.
