WINTER GARDEN Purple-and-green lights illuminated the trees surrounding the pavilion in downtown Winter Garden on Friday, Feb. 15, during the Winter Garden Art Association’s fifth annual Splash Gala. This event is the art association’s largest fundraiser of the year, and proceeds go toward providing support for the organization to offer many art-related programs, classes and community enrichment.
