Ocoee police identify shooter

One victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Ocoee Police Department responded to the area of Lyman and North Lakewood avenues in reference to a shooting Tuesday, Aug. 11. According to the Winter Garden Police Department, officers located an adult male who suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. The male was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to the report.

All individuals involved in this incident have been located and identified by law enforcement, police said.

This case is still under investigation. Anyone with information regarding this incident is requested to contact the Ocoee Police Department or Crimeline at (800) 423-TIPS.

No further details are being released at this time, police said.
