Hundreds of shoppers descended on Plant Street Market May 9 to help celebrate the grand opening of the much-anticipated Winter Garden shopping district.

Each of the market’s 21 vendors — including everything from a butcher and craft brewery to a chocolatier and a juice bar — were bustling with customers throughout the celebration. Kids enjoyed playing the giant Connect 4 and Jenga games outside, and plenty of canine companions accompanied their owners for a day of fun.
