OAKLAND The Oakland Town Center was abuzz Saturday, April 17 with people in the community who came together to support the arts in the seventh annual Town of Oakland HapCO Wine & Dine For the Arts. The event offered guests fine wines and food catered by Chef Anthony Fothergill; entertainment by the UF Gator Jazz Band, Ocoee High School band, jazz vocalist LeNard Rutledge and Highwaymen painter RL Lewis; and a chance to socialize with friends and community leaders.
According to the HapCO website, all proceeds will go to support West Orange programs that connect young people with music and the arts.
