Ocoee PD invites public to Cookies & Milk with a Cop

The summer event brings Ocoee Police Chief Vincent Ogburn and officers to the West Oaks Branch Library to read and enjoy milk and cookies.

The Ocoee Police Department is inviting the community to the West Oaks Branch Library throughout the summer for Cookies & Milk with a Cop.

The event will include members of the department, such as Chief Vincent Ogburn and officers, reading to attendees before everyone enjoys cookies, milk and conversation. 

"We love opportunities like these to connect with families and build positive relationships with the next generation," the Ocoee Police Department posted on social media. 

The next Cookies & Milk with a Cop is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 26, but the session already is full. Residents still can join a waitlist for the event. 

The next Cookies & Milk with a Cop are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 10, 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 24 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 26.
