Sewing Basics
Learn a new skill from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, at Joann’s Fabric and Crafts, 3379 Daniels Road, Winter Garden. This class will teach you to sew alongside other crafters. Cost is $35. (407) 877-1050.

Surface-Finishing Workshop
