OAKLAND On Friday, Aug. 25, the HapCO Music Foundation hosted its 11th annual Arts and Music Festival in downtown Oakland. The festival included a variety of jazz performances, dancers from the Center for Dance and the Performing Arts, a bounce house, pony rides and food from Melts on Main Street.
