Groundbreaking for Tremaine Boyd building set for Friday
The new, mixed-use building will bring 22 new residences as well as commercial space for new business in Downtown Winter Garden.

WINTER GARDEN – Downtown will soon get a new space for residences and businesses with the opening of the Tremaine Boyd building at the southeast corner of Tremaine and South Boyd Street.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the building will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 13. Target completion for the building is Spring 2019.
The Tremaine Boyd building will be a three-story, mixed-use development approximately 26,300 square feet in size. The building will house 22 residences on the top two floors with commercial spaces taking up the ground floor, according to a press release.
“The Tremaine Boyd mixed-use development is a short walk to the vibrant city offerings such as the Winter Garden Farmers Market, Plant Street Market, Crooked Can Brewery, Garden Theater, SOBO Art Gallery, the West Orange Trail, as well as popular shops, restaurants and musical enclaves that line the cobblestone streets of nearby Plant Street,” the release stated.
