Windermere High School principal's note

Dear Class of 2020,

Traditional graduations have been canceled, and so have senior proms. These moments will be forever lost. You have had to deal with the new reality of distance learning, and, of course, you haven’t been able to see your friends and grandparents. But there is a very bright light at the end of the tunnel — your future. I am so proud of your grit, resiliency, dedication and compassion during these trying times. You have overcome so much in the past few weeks that I know there is nothing that can stand in the way of your future success. You are a resourceful class with a can-do spirit. I am very proud to call you Wolverines! Congratulations, Class of 2020, your future is so bright, you need to wear shades!
