Windermere PD hosting third annual Operation Easter Bunny

The Windermere PD and Mayor O'Brien will escort the Easter Bunny through town, distributing Easter bags.

The Windermere Police Department is back this weekend with its third annual Operation Easter Bunny. 

The officers and Mayor Jim O’Brien will escort the Easter Bunny through town, distributing Easter bags to children along the way. 

The special bags will contain small toys, chocolates, candies and other items. 

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, beginning on Estancia Woods Loop.
