Democrat Jeff Boone speaks at Winter Garden City Commission

The congressional candidate said he is committed to "driving Orlando forward and improving the quality of life of his community, from the affluent to the underprivileged."

Democrat Jeff Boone recently made an appearance at the Winter Garden City Commission meeting on Thursday, April 14. 

Boone, who is running for Florida's 10th Congressional District, has an extensive financial, business and political background. 

He said his goal as a representative in the U.S. Congress is to increase funding for a wide variety of projects.

At the meeting, Boone spoke about his passion for his focus projects. 

"Our message resonated with residents of Winter Garden, as it addressed their concerns regarding the economy, job creation and job training, education, housing, the environment, and improving police community relations," Boone said.
