Road work continues on S.R. 429

Work continues this week through Nov. 5 on the Central Florida Expressway Authority 's State Road 429 Capacity Improvements Segment 2 — south of Florida's Turnpike to West Road. Crews are working to improve traffic flow and relieve congestion.

S.R. 429 LANE CLOSURES

Single lane closures are scheduled nightly on northbound and southbound S.R. 429 between Warrior Road and West Road, from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 3, for bridge work. Minor delays are possible.

WARRIOR ROAD CLOSURES

Warrior Road under S.R. 429 is scheduled to close from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 3, for bridge work.

STORY ROAD CLOSURES

Story Road under S.R. 429 is scheduled to close nightly from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 3, for bridge work.

PALM DRIVE CLOSURES

Palm Drive under S.R. 429 is scheduled to close nightly from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 3, for bridge work.

Eastbound drivers will be directed to Ocoee Apopka Road/County Road 437A, and westbound drivers will be directed to East Crown Point Road.
