SOBO Art Gallery calling for artists for new exhibit

The "Artisans Appeal" gallery will showcase 2D and 3D works that depict fun or functional art, the life of being an artisan, or their appeal personally through their talent.

The SOBO Art Gallery is searching for artist submissions for the new "Artisans Appeal" exhibit. 

The "Artisans Appeal" gallery will showcase 2D and 3D works that depict fun or functional art, the life of being an artisan, or their appeal personally through their talent.

The submission window will be open from Tuesday, Nov. 1, through Tuesday, Nov. 8.

The accepted list will be announced by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

The exhibition will be on display Friday, Nov. 25, through Saturday, Jan. 28, at SOBO Art Gallery, 127 S. Boyd St.

The opening reception for the gallery will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1.
