The on and off ramps (westbound and eastbound) of State Road 429 at Stoneybrook West Parkway will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday — for at least two weeks — starting Sept. 12. This closure is to perform demolition work underneath S.R. 429 at the Tilden Road bridge.

A detour will be in effect during those hours. It will take traffic from Stoneybrook West Parkway to Avalon Road, left on Tilden Road and left onto County Road 535 to return back onto Stoneybrook West Parkway.

The ramp closures will be in effect Sept. 12-15 and Sept. 19-22. Due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, work could be delayed. Motorists are urged to use caution in the construction area for their safety and that of the work crews.

The road closures are declared by the Central Florida Expressway Authority for the S.R. 429 Capacity Improvements from Tilden Road to State Road 414 Project.
