The home at 1954 Rachels Ridge Loop, Ocoee, sold Aug. 23, for $475,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet of living area. Days on market: Five. The selling agent was Monica Dudas, Investrite Realty.

CROSS CREEK
The home at 435 Darkwood Ave., Ocoee, sold Aug. 25, for $422,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet of living area. Days on market: 10.
