Since opening its doors in May 2001, the organization has served more than 800 women per year in Central Florida.

The nonprofit was created to fill a critical need for interview appropriate clothing for low-income women entering the workforce.

Dress for Success is an entirely volunteer-run organization with goals including: to achieve financial stability to protect the organization's ability to operate and serve the Greater Orlando community, and to secure needed resources to provide career development programming through the Professional Women’s Group.
