Two local businesses are coming together to provide a free workout to community members.

Crisp & Green and Orange Theory Fitness Windermere will offer a free HIIT bodyweight workout this weekend.

HIIT, also known as High Intensity Interval Training, is considered a complete workout that combines both aerobic and strength training, according to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The workouts generally involve short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.

Attendees must bring their own mats and will receive complimentary aguas frescas after the class.

The workout will run from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, at Crisp & Green.

Crisp & Green can be found in Hamlin at 16055 New Independence Parkway, Suite #130.
