The Horizon West Car Fest is back with its third event, set to take place this weekend.

The car fest, which we first told you about here, is run by Horizon West resident Eric Jacky and his son Alex.

Eric Jacky began working with Boyd Development in spring 2021 to plan the first show, which took place in September with about 200 cars.

Unlike most car shows, Eric and Alex Jacky knew they wanted the car show not to be categorized — and to welcome anyone with an excitement or interest in cars.

Another unique aspect of the car show is that there are no designated areas for parking, allowing makes and models to mix.

The free, family-friendly event will feature myriad cars including, exotics, super cars, classics and muscle cars.

The event will also showcase local vendors and a corn hole tournament.

The car fest will kick off at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, in Hamlin at 14111 Shoreside Way, Horizon West.
