PITA Mediterranean Street Food now open in Horizon West

The eatery serves up menu options including falafels, salads, hummus and freshly prepared sauces served as a compliment to shawarma and gyro sandwiches.

PITA Mediterranean Street Food is now open in Horizon West.

PITA serves up authentic Mediterranean staples including falafels, salads, hummus and freshly prepared sauces served as a compliment to shawarma and gyro sandwiches.

"We share our passion in our cuisines, and our care in service for others, with every Pita served," the eatery's website reads. "We believe in offering good food at an affordable price, quick service pace and topping it off with a smile for every customer."

The new restaurant hosted a grand opening event Friday, May 5.

PITA can be found at 102 Ruby Red Place, Suite #D, Winter Garden.
