Kavas Tacos & Tequila has joined the Dr. Phillips area.

The eatery opened its doors to guests Thursday, May 4.

The vibrant, new, Mexican restaurant is bringing good food and vibes to International Drive.

The menu is a diverse combination of Tex-Mex flavors and playful takes on Mexican street fare.

The menu includes items such as grilled street corn, black bean empanadas, enchiladas, fajitas and guacamole.

In addition, Kavas serves desserts, specialty cocktails, frozen margaritas and beers.

The new location can be found at 9101 International Drive, No. 1198.
