A Keene’s Pointe home topped all Windermere residential real-estate transactions from Nov. 13 to 19, 2023.

The home at 11603 Vinci Drive, Windermere, sold Nov. 17, for $1,650,000. Built in 2013, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths and 3,672 square feet of living area. Days on market: 61. The sellers were represented by Julie Vega Dominguez, Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

FALCON POINTE
The home at 3831 Shadowind Way, Gotha, sold Nov. 13, for $445,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,007 square feet of living area. Days on market: Seven.
