The home at 6016 Blakeford Drive, Windermere, sold Sept. 15, for $1,850,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,985 square feet of living area. Days on market: 67. The selling agents were Mike and Teresa Stewart, Southern Realty Group LLC.

The home at 11330 Winston Willow Court, Windermere, sold Sept. 11, for $905,000. Built in 1989, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,554 square feet of living area. Days on market: Three.
