Windermere High football hosting first youth development camp

Run by the Wolverines’ coaches and players, the April 26 camp will focus on developing elementary and middle school-aged athletes.

The Windermere High football program is hosting its first youth camp for elementary and middle school student-athletes from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday, April 26, at the school. 

Run by the Wolverines’ coaches and players, elementary-aged campers will focus on developing their general football skills in the first session of the camp, from 9-11:30 a.m. Middle-school campers will focus on position-specific skill development in the afternoon session from 1-3 p.m.

If campers pre-register before April 23, the cost will be $50. For those who register after the deadline or are day-of walk-ins, the camp will cost $75. To register, visit bit.ly/4jasvYl and for more information, call (352) 745-0033.
