Attention, carnivores: One Winter Garden entrepreneur is making it as easy as possible to get meats delivered directly to your home.

Winter Garden butcher, restaurateur and culinary professional German Vollbracht has launched Carnez, a premium online butcher shop specializing in American meats. The shop offers hand-delivery service throughout West Orange, including Winter Garden, Windermere and Dr. Phillips, as well as Clermont, Winter Park and Greater Orlando.

With Carnez, Vollbracht hopes to blend the neighborhood butcher with online shopping. Carnez offers chef-curated, premium cuts — including dry-aged steaks, Wagyu beef, house-made sausages, and hard-to-find specialty items.
