West Orange Scholarship Foundation announces Class of 2025 recipients

Established in 1962, the foundation is a community-driven organization dedicated to fostering higher education among West Orange High School graduates.

The West Orange Scholarship Foundation recognized its three Class of 2025 scholarship recipients during West Orange High School’s Senior Awards program, held April 22.

This year’s WOSF scholarship recipients are Chloe Ordonez, sponsored by The Bond Foundation and attending the University of Florida with plans to work in genetics research; Alexis Lampshire, presented in memory of Mrs. Marjorie McCloughley and attending Florida Institute of Technology with a goal to be a commercial pilot; and Iliani Underwood, presented in memory of Mr. Harold Cooper and attending Florida State University on her way to dental school. 

Established in 1962, the foundation is a community-driven organization dedicated to fostering higher education among West Orange High School graduates. Its mission is to provide financial assistance to deserving students, helping them achieve their academic aspirations and build a brighter future. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded more that $1.5 million in scholarships.
