The Orange County Fire Rescue has created a Functional Needs Registry.

This registry allows residents and caregivers to share key medical information with first responders, prior to them arriving on scene.

The registry collects details such as medical conditions, communication needs, mobility needs, emergency contact information, assistive devices and more.

This helps first responders anticipate potential patient needs when responding to an emergency call.

Entries are valid for one year and automatically expire, unless it is renewed. It is the responsibility of the patient or caregiver to review and renew information.

If at any time, applicants would like to withdraw from the program, email [email protected]
