Dr. Phillips Charities opens applications for Legacy Microgrant Program

The deadline to submit an application is Friday, Aug. 7.

Applications now are open for the 2026 Dr. Phillips Charities Legacy Microgrant Program.

The program invests in organizations in the Orange and Osceola counties that create opportunities for residents. Since its launching, the program has awarded 30 microgrants totaling $150,000 to local nonprofits operating with less than $2 million. 

This year, the program will award $5,000 to 15 eligible nonprofits each. 

The grants will be provided for organizations that operate within the arts and culture, children and youth, education, health and social services. 

The deadline to apply is Friday, Aug. 7.
