It's a battle for the ages: Ocoee Fire Department vs. Ocoee Police Department.

The challenge: a rib-eating contest.

The departments will go head-to-head 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Texas Roadhouse — Ocoee, 1150 Blackwood Ave., Ocoee.

The public is invited to cheer on the first responders.
