The town of Windermere is continuing with improvement projects on roadways from Monday, May 25, to Friday, May 29.

Along West Second Avenue, crews will continue roadway and landscape improvements, including backfilling and grading behind curbs, installing gravel, sod and mulch, completing the final punch-list items and repairing pavement and driveway repairs as needed.

Daytime lane closures may occur.

Crews also will be grading swales and laying sod along Third Avenue. Travel delays are possible.

On Bessie Street, East Boulevard, Eighth and Ninth avenues, crews will be performing miscellaneous work, including right-of-way grading and possible sod installation.

Temporary daytime lane closures might occur.

In Fernwood Park and in areas along Butler and Forest streets, and Seventh Avenue, crews will perform limited work, possibly including planting of the rain garden and pond in the park.

Drive safely and use caution when driving, and watch for crews and equipment.
