The third annual Windermere Wine & Dine event catered to as many as 700 people and included dozens of fine wines and foods.
Hundreds of people gathered at the Windermere Town Hall Jan. 30 for the third annual Windermere Wine & Dine event. More than 25 of Central Florida’s top restaurants were present and served their specialty dishes, and more than 120 fine wines were offered to taste.
Additionally, a silent auction was held in the Town Hall building, where guests could use electronic devices to bid on dozens of items and packages, all for a good cause. The money raised from the event will be turned over to the town of Windermere, which will hear ideas from several groups and in turn decide where the funds raised will be allocated.
