Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream is inviting the community to its grand opening this weekend in Horizon West.
Since the end of August, Kelly's has been in its soft opening phase, which we told you about here, perfecting the service, location and ice cream for its customers.
Now, the homemade ice cream venue is ready to welcome residents with open arms for its grand opening from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at 14387 Bridgewater Crossings Blvd.
Visitors will be able to enjoy sweet deals and discounts such as a buy one, get one free, offer on cones and cups for all flavors.
