Ocoee police investigate shooting at Advenir at the Oaks apartments

Ocoee police responded early Wednesday morning to a shooting at the complex.

OCOEE  A man who was shot at the Advenir at the Oaks apartment complex in Ocoee early this morning is in critical but stable condition.

Ocoee police are currently investigating what they are calling an attempted murder that occurred at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17. According to a press release, officers responded to the complex at 3100 Old Winter Garden Road after receiving reports of shots fired.

When on scene, officers found a man who appeared to have multiple gunshot wounds. The man was transported to the hospital, where he is now in a critical but stable condition. The victim’s identity and other details have not been released.
