WINDERMERE Mayor Gary Bruhn lit up Windermere on Nov. 18 to a cheering crowd in celebration of the Christmas season. An estimated 100,000 lights - nearly half a mile of wire - were hung on and around the Windermere City Hall this year. Hundreds of people came out to the annual event which included Christmas caroling and a snow station for the kids.
