The purchase and sale agreement for the property at 109 S. Boyd St. comes before Winter Garden commissioners tonight.
In August, commissioners approved the request for proposals for the sale of the property. Tremaine Boyd LLC will develop the property into a three-story mixed-use development, with the first story being commercial and the top two floors being apartments.
Previously, commissioners approved the waiving of two fees, transportation impact fees of $174,177 and $235,484 in development fees — with a fee payback schedule for the development fees over a five year period. The agreement includes these waivers.
The first budget hearing for the 2016-17 year takes place tonight, as well as a discussion on golf carts.
