WINTER GARDEN Bright colors, soft lighting and great company all helped make the SoBo Art Gallery’s third annual Splash of Carnaval Gala a success. Held at the pavilion in downtown Winter Garden on Friday, Feb. 24, the gala is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the art gallery. This year’s event included live music, a dinner and dessert buffet, live and silent auctions, a cocktail hour, photo opportunities and more.
