Guy Mitchell Lundy died at home with his wife by his side on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at the age of 60 after a long illness. Guy was born in Detroit, Michigan, and moved to Orlando in 1960. 

He graduated from Maynard Evans High School in 1974 and was self-employed until going to work for Walt Disney World in 1980, where he became a metal worker/mechanic/scuba diver. He medically retired from Disney after 27 years.

He will be remembered as a loving husband and father and great friend to many. He enjoyed 20 years’ worth of coaching football for the WFA (Women’s Football Alliance), the IWFL (International Women’s Football League) and the Pop Warner Ocoee Bulldogs football team.

He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Robin; son, Kevin; daughter, Allison (Peter Stewart); two grandchildren; sister, Shirley Loch; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is planned for late July.
