Teams from Dr. Phillips, Ocoee, Windermere and Winter Garden took the field this past weekend at Winter Garden Little League for the Florida Little League District 14 Majors (12-year-old) All-Stars Tournament.
Through the first two days of the three-day event, teams from Dr. Phillips and Windermere are each 2-0.
First, on June 23, Windermere defeated Winter Garden 8-1 while Dr. Phillips defeated Ocoee 10-2.
One day later, on June 24, Windermere edged Ocoee 4-3 and Dr. Phillips topped Winter Garden 11-1.
In the final day of action on Monday, Winter Garden will take on Ocoee at 6:30 p.m. and Dr. Phillips will take on Windermere at 6:45 p.m.
