Gotha Middle's staff and administration set a positive precedence for the 2019-20 school year when they posted their newest lip-sync music video.

Staff members pulled out all the stops for the back-to-school video, which was set to the Black Eyed Peas' song "Be Nice." The motto for this school year at Gotha Middle is "Be Different, Be Nice!"

The video shows dozens of teachers and administrative staff dancing and lip syncing to the song, with positivity acting as the overarching theme. Staff wore shirts with smiley faces drawn on, or held up papers and signs with smiley faces on them.

Principal Monica Emery was one of the stars of the video, and many teachers made appearances in scenes that showed them dancing to the song and even skateboarding.

"We are SO excited to get back at it!" Gotha Middle staff wrote on the school's Facebook page. "We LOVE our grizzlies!"

Staff is encouraging students, families and community members to share the video with rapper will.i.am, also known as William Adams, who is the lead member of the Black Eyed Peas.
