Characters like Buddy the Elf, the Pink Panther and Santa Claus could be seen cruising around Winter Garden on Sunday, Dec. 15, during the annual Christmas golf cart parade. Some fun cart themes this year included “Stranger Things,” a gingerbread house, the Winter Garden clock tower, a unicorn and the Abominable Snowman.
