New traffic signal installed in Ocoee

The new traffic signal is located at the intersection of West Road and Fountains West Boulevard.

The Orange County Public Works team, alongside the city of Ocoee, have installed a new traffic signal in the city. 

According to the announcement, the stoplight is located at the intersection of Fountains West Boulevard and West Road in Ocoee. 

This project is a part of the county's Accelerated Transportation Safety Program, which is a program focused on motorist, pedestrian and bicycle safety improvements such as roadway lighting, new sidewalks and more. 

The goal is to fast-track certain safety enhancements throughout communities within the county.
