OCOEE A little bit of chilly weather didn’t stop hundreds of parade-goers from gathering in excitement to watch the city of Ocoee’s 13th annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Unity Parade. Held Monday, Jan. 21, the parade began at Citrus Elementary and headed down Clarke Road, ending at the West Oaks Mall. Attendees were then invited to attend a special MLK Day celebration inside the mall, which included multiple performances and a message from keynote speaker Ocoee Commissioner George Oliver III.
