WINDERMERE There was no shortage of wine and delectable cuisine samples during the sixth annual Windermere Wine and Dine. Held Saturday, Jan. 26, in the heart of Windermere, the event brought about 1,000 participants and restaurateurs out to have a good time. Guests could sample dozens of varieties of wine, try small dishes from 26 restaurants and dance the night away. Proceeds from the event each year go toward town charities, and a portion also will fund an outreach grant earmarked for Central Florida Commission on Homelessness’ Impact Youth project.
