Community members and their dogs gathered Saturday night to raise money for a good cause. At the Polka Dogz K9 Carnival, dogs and owners alike frolicked in the field of the Oakes Animal Hospital in Winter Garden. There was a raffle, a food truck, treats and a zip line activity for the dogs to chase. The evening wrapped up with a viewing of the movie, “Secret Life of Pets.” Polka Dogz K9 Rescue has been taking in dogs in need and placing them in loving homes for three and a half years now.
