The public is invited to attend a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the site of four future West Orange Habitat for Humanity homes. The program will be held at 275 Center St., Winter Garden.

This project is a partnership between West Orange Habitat, the city of Winter Garden, Polis Institute, 321 Works and neighboring residents. Local architect Mike Morrissey is partnering, as well, to design homes in keeping with the city vision to preserve the culture and history of the east Winter Garden community.

Construction is expected to begin soon.
