Following months without fireworks, Walt Disney World will be testing them Monday, Nov. 16.

The company said it will test fireworks at various areas in the Magic Kingdom park between 10 p.m. and midnight.

Disney's nighttime fireworks shows came to a halt with the coronavirus pandemic. Officials last tested the fireworks in mid-September.

"We will do our best to keep noise at a minimum and apologize to our neighbors and guests for this late-night inconvenience," the company wrote.

No further information on the testing purpose was released, and park officials have not said anything about when fireworks could be reintroduced to the parks.
