The suspects in a recent armed carjacking in Horizon West have been arrested.

Orange County Sheriff's Office officials identified the suspects as 24-year-old Victor Senatore and 17-year-old GianPero Gasparin. They have been charged with armed carjacking, among others.

Deputies responded around 10:10 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, to a call in Horizon West regarding the carjacking. According to Sheriff's Office reports, the victim pulled his Mercedes sedan into his driveway and parked. As he exited, deputies said, Senatore and Gasparin ran across the street and up to the driver's side door.

According to the report, the victim tried to retreat into his vehicle, but one of the suspects opened the car door. The other pointed a gun at the victim, ordered him to get on the ground and punched him in the forehead. One suspect climbed into the vehicle and fled, heading southbound on Remsen Cay Lane. The second entered a red vehicle across the street and followed the stolen Mercedes. In addition to the vehicle, the two fled with an Apple Mac laptop and a set of golf clubs.
